Join Our YOUNG Leader Program
At Be Distinct Gymnastics Academy, we’re proud to support the next generation of coaches through the British Gymnastics Young Leader Programme. Designed for members aged 13 and over, this initiative helps young people build confidence, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in coaching. So far, we’ve helped over 20 young coaches become qualified, guiding them from enthusiastic gymnasts to inspiring mentors. It’s a rewarding pathway that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and a lifelong love of gymnastics — and we’re always excited to welcome new Young Leaders to the journey!
What The Program Entails
Our Young Leader Programme offers gymnasts aged 13+ the opportunity to begin their coaching journey through the British Gymnastics pathway.
It’s a fun and supportive way to build confidence, leadership, and practical experience in the gym.
Participants will:

Assist qualified coaches during classes and sessions

Learn key skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork

Complete British Gymnastics Young Leader modules
