Tiny Tots

dynamic squad
A competitive programme specialising in floor and vault while also competing in NGA four-piece competitions, developing powerful and technically confident gymnasts.
Artistic squad
Our high-performance programme developing competitive gymnasts on vault, bars, beam, and floor from regional level and beyond.
DISPLAY SQUAD
A performance-based squad combining dance, tumbling, and acrobatics to create exciting group routines for competitions and showcases.
Artistic SQUAD
The Artistic Program is the club’s high-performance pathway and focuses on developing well-rounded gymnasts across all four apparatus: vault, bars, beam, and floor. The program places a strong emphasis on technical precision, artistry, flexibility, strength, and presentation. Progression through the pathway is based on skill level, work ethic, physical preparation, and competition readiness. Athletes in this program compete in Women’s Artistic competitions, including Grades and regional/national pathways.
Dynamic SQUAD
The Dynamic Program is a structured competitive pathway focused on building strong foundations, progressive skill development, and athlete commitment. The program emphasises excellent shapes, conditioning, artistry, and technical progression so that gymnasts develop the strength and skill level required for higher level tumbling and vaulting. Progression through the program is
based on skill level, work ethic, attendance, and competition participation rather than age alone. Competitions are a core part of the pathway and all gymnasts in the program are expected to compete regularly.
DISPLAY SQUAD
Display Squad is our exciting team-based competitive programme, combining dance, tumbling, partner acrobatics, and choreography to create dynamic group performances.
Gymnasts develop strength, flexibility, teamwork, confidence, and performance skills while learning to work together as one team.
The squad competes at regional and national display competitions throughout the year, alongside performing in club showcases and special events.
