Womens Artistic squad

Ages 10+ | 12–15 Hour Training
Our Women’s Artistic Squad train at the highest level within the academy. These athletes compete regionally and nationally, working toward mastery across all apparatus with high-difficulty skills, complex routines, and strong competitive discipline. Training is rigorous, structured, and tailored for gymnasts aspiring to reach their full potential in the sport.

Pre Squad

Ages 5–9 | 9-Hour Training
The Pre-Squad is the entry pathway into Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), focusing on skill development across all four apparatus—vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts in this group are building strength, flexibility, coordination, and early zinc-level technical skills. This program lays the essential groundwork for future competition in regional and national pathways.

Senior Floor & Vault

Ages 10+ | 5-Hour Training
Our most advanced floor and vault gymnasts, the Senior Squad competes at GfA levels 6–8. Athletes in this group are focused on mastering high-difficulty elements and executing with precision and confidence. This squad is for driven gymnasts committed to reaching the upper tiers of recreational competition and showcasing advanced acrobatic ability.

Junior Squad

Ages 7–10 | 5-Hour Training
Junior squad gymnasts have refined their basics and are now expanding into more dynamic tumbling and complex vaulting techniques, including work on the table vault. With strong foundational technique, these athletes are focused on pushing toward higher-level skills and preparing for more advanced competition opportunities.

Primary Squad

Ages 5–8 | 4-Hour Training
Our Primary Development group is the first step into competitive gymnastics. Focused on floor and vault, this squad prepares gymnasts to master foundational skills at competition-ready standards. Athletes begin progressing through the Gymnastics for All (GfA) levels 1 to 4 and are introduced to the expectations of a competitive training environment, developing both physical and mental readiness at an accelerated pace.

tINY tots

 Ages 3-5 
Tiny Tots is part of our early development pathway, preparing young gymnasts for future competitive opportunities. These classes build on foundational skills with a focus on strength, coordination, and discipline. Entry is by invitation as part of our talent identification process.

DISPLAY SQUAD

All Ages | 1-Hour Training
The Display Squad brings together gymnasts from across recreational and competitive groups to create dynamic group performances. Combining acrobatics, tumbling, and dance, this team performs choreographed routines at festivals and showcases. It’s a great opportunity for gymnasts to build confidence, creativity, and teamwork in a fun, performance-based environment.
